Delivery Policy


Physical goods After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from SCS containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at studentconciergeservice@gmail.com.




Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns items to PO Box 549 Lindfield NSW 2070 or via courier to 10 Norfolk Street Killara NSW 2070.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.




Storage Services Terms & Conditions


Packages are valid for 12 months, and for 5 items per student. Extra items charged @ $22 per item.

If a package is purchased and there are extra items SCS will send a photo of those items and an invoice for the extra charges.

All packages include a complimentary laundry bag that will be provided to all students.

All packages include storage for belongings over the holiday period for students at boarding school or university.

Packages apply to all students local, regional, international.

All items are need to be clearly labelled identifying student. If items are not labelled and unidentifiable we do not take responsibility for the loss of these items.

All items are picked up on a nominated date and location of the school and returned at the beginning of school term.

All items need to packed securely, safely and ensure items

Each student will pack their own belongings.

SCS will collect nominated items eg. 1 suitcase, 2 boxes or SCS collapsible crates, 1 single linen bag (storage for all bed linen or items for dry cleaning), 1 musical instrument.

Desk fans are free to store but must be labelled.

SCS can store cricket bags, musical instruments, bikes etc at an additional cost.

Collapsible crates are for sale from SCS. Storage crates fit under students’ beds, collapsible, latchable and reusable. See storage products section to order.

Premium Package: SCS staff will unpack items and provide a full inventory list via email.

Premium Package: includes storage of up to 5 items and dry cleaning of 1 set of uniform = winter 1 blazer, 2 pants or 2 dress, 3 shirts, jumper summer = 1 blazer, 2 pants/shorts or 2 dress, 3 shirts & 1 duvet, 1 set of sheets and pillow.

Extra Dry Cleaning will be sent via invoice and individual listed.

One term storage available @ $99 per student. Christmas/summer holidays $139.00 for any 5 items.

Year 12 to University– students who store with SCS will be charged a courier fee for delivery to their new address – college or residential property.

We will charge your credit/debit card account at the time your order is accepted. Please refer to our online security terms above for security details.

Credit card and debit card details are transmitted within a secure environment although we give no warranty in this respect.

Refunds and Returns

If your purchase is faulty, simply return the goods to Cash’s head office stating the reason for the return within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Warranties

We will replace products free of charge or, refund to you the price of the products by credit to your credit/debit card account. This only applies if the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed. These instructions are detailed below. Claims will not be accepted for colour or size variation against that represented on this website or any spelling errors or omissions. We will not have any further liability in respect of the products

The faulty products should be returned as per the return condition above.

Instructions for use of products

Nametape and character sizing are displayed as close as possible to actual. Please take care with long names, being mindful of the finished length of the product.

All spelling and punctuation is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your order carefully.

All nametapes are polyester, washable and dry cleanable.

It is recommended that nametape ends be folded under and sewn down.

Take care not to pull at threads, as the tapes are woven and will fray if treated roughly prior to being sewn on.

If you intend to store your nametapes for a length of time, please remove from packaging and store in an envelope to prevent discolouring.

For orders where nametapes exceed 25 characters, or bulk orders exceeding 200 nametapes please call 0425 323 500 and speak to one of customer service advisors about your order.

Iron-on Nametapes not recommended for Commercial laundries (Aged Care, Boarding Schools)
